Before your visit
Before you arrive
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to update paperwork, and bring a stool sample in a plastic bag. Dogs on leash, cats in carriers.
Appointments
We work primarily by appointment so every patient gets enough time. Emergencies always come first, which can occasionally cause a short delay.
Payment & estimates
Payment is due when services are given. You'll approve an estimate before any patient is admitted.
