What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our two forms:

• Appointment requests: your name, your pet's name, email, phone number, the hospital you chose, what you'd like to do, and any message you add.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the role and hospital you're interested in, your license status, any message you add, and your CV if you attach one.

How we use it

Each form is emailed to the people who handle it. Appointment requests go to the front desk of the hospital you chose and, for some hospitals, a member of our leadership team. Job applications go to that hospital's hiring contact and our leadership team. We use your information only to reply to you, schedule your visit or consider your application.

The website itself doesn't keep a copy of what you send. It's delivered by email and kept in our email system, like any other message to our hospitals.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don't use advertising trackers or analytics, and this website doesn't set cookies.
• We don't add you to a mailing list.

Other sites we link to

Some links take you to services run by other companies, such as our online pharmacies (Vetsource and BlueRabbit), the Pet Portal (Covetrus), Google Maps and fundraising pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page opens.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
